As CTA develops and initiates change, so we find that catering services are
ever more important in meeting customer satisfaction targets. Our catering
building is at the eastern end of Ercan Airport, on a 7500m2 site with an enclosed
area of 1800m2. Within this structure we can host 3000 passengers per day.
We host passengers from other organisations, notably since 1995 those of Turkish
Airlines with flights taking off from the TRNC.
Our menus, our range of hot and cold food, breakfasts and snacks, are prepared
according to flight times and considerations of distance and duration of lights.
Alcoholic drinks are offered free of charge to Europe-bound passengers.
We try to pay the maximum attention to customer satisfaction, and we strive to
increase the quality of what we offer in our catering section to the highest
level.
Special dietary needs...
You can inform us of any special needs in your diet via our ticket sales offices.
VGML- vegetarian meals are available to non meat eaters, as are DBML -diabetic
meals for those with diabetic problems.
Foods which do not include NLML- (lactose, or milk sugar) are available; foods
without GFML- gluten are available for customers who cannot eat wheat.
