What is online seat selection?
Our passengers can choose the seat they would like from a cabin plan of their
flight.

When can online seat selection be done?
Passengers can choose their seats after electronic ticketing is completed. In
the passenger information part of the process, a cabin plan will automatically
appear from which customers can choose available seats. Passengers can also
make reservations later by entering their accounts with their user number (which
they will have been issue with earlier) and finding their Passenger Reservation
Number (PRN), gaining a passenger reservation number and clicking on seat
choice, and selecting the seats they want.

How is seat selection done?
Step 1: On the web page which contains their information, passengers
select seat
choice.

Step 2: He or she chooses seat plan and a cabin plan will appear.

Step 3: After selecting the seats required, the choices will appear on
the reservation details.

Can I select my seats after doing my ticket reservation?
Passengers can easily do this by entering their accounts with their
PRNs (Passenger Reservation Number) and PIN numbers with which they will have
been issued, and clicking on seat choice.
Step 1: Enter your account with your user number and PIN code.

Step 2: See existing reservation details. Click on the appropriate reservation
details.

Step3: Click on seat choice on the reservation details on the screen.

Step 4: A cabin plan comes onto the screen. Choose
from the available seating. For transit passengers all seat plans come up
in the order of the flights.
