Quality Policy

CTA asserts that quality is part of the management system, and within the remit of management.  There follows an outline of the principles and methods of reaching our aims in this field:

  • To follow the regulations and laws, both national and international, related to civil aviation.
  • To use the resources of the company to ever-increasing levels of quality.
  • To inform all parties concerned throughout the company of quality targets so that these targets can be reached.
  • To ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards.
  • To work closely with our customers and legal partners to increase quality standards.
  • To train and educate all personnel in the requirements and responsibilities in the field of quality management.
