If you are to spend more than seventy-two hours at your destination, please reconfirm your upcoming flight.  Do not forget to give us your phone number so that we can contact you in the event of a change in flight times or a cancellation. 
Those who are students or who are undergoing military service at the time of travel should provide documentation to that effect during the ticketing process.  Infants (0 – 2 years of age) should have documentation stating their age. 
Changes in reservations between Turkey and Cyprus

• There is no charge for changes to reservations effected 24 hours or more prior to the flight.
• Changes to reservations within 24 hours of flight time will be charged at 15 YTL per change.
• A charge of 25 YTL will be payable by no-show passengers wishing to change their reservations.

Refunds

• If a passenger cancels a flight 24 hours or more before the flight time, 70% of the ticket price is refundable.
• If a passenger fails to show up for a flight, 30% of the ticket price is refundable.

Changes in reservations between the UK and Turkey and Cyprus

• No charge is levied for changes effected 72 hours or more before a flight.
• Changes effected within 72 hours of a flight will be charged at 30 Euros or 30 GBP.
• No- show passengers will be charged 50 Euros or 50 GBP for changes to reservations.

Refunds

• Flights cancelled 24 hours or more before the flight time can be refunded at 70% of the ticket price.
• Cancellations affected within 24 hours of the flight time and no-show passengers can be refunded at 30% of the ticket price.

Regulations applicable to refunds

• No refunds are payable for FTN class prices.
• New reservations with a new class of price will have that new class’s price applied.
• No-show is defined as a passenger not turning up for any reservation for any flight.
