2. Our prices are only valid in countries where the journey commences, and if a ticket is bought in another country it can change depending on the rules and the season. If you decide to buy another ticket in a country which is not where your journey commences, then you should contact the local CTA office to get the right price.
3. For internet reservations there is a limit of six persons.  You will be asked to tap in your 3 digit credit card pin code for security reasons. The security code is the last three numbers following the credit card number situated by your signature on the back of your credit card.
4. Any reservation or flight changes are not possible on the internet. In order to make any reservation or flight changes one must first cancel the original reservation and then start a new procedure.  Passengers receive confirmation by e-mail from CTA when they cancel earlier reservations.
5. We regret to inform you that due to international aviation practices our prices cannot be translated into Turkish.
6. Ticket returns can attract a penalty which may be as high as %100
7. For refunds (whenever possible) of payments made via internet the refund is credited to the account used for the transaction.
8. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for internet transactions.
9. In any dispute the laws of the TRNC apply exclusively.
